Nature-Based Solutions for a Resilient Gulf Coast Workshop March 3-4, 2025
The workshop will be designed to bring together a targeted group of key experts in nature-based solutions from across the nation. It will include in-depth technical presentations, round-table discussions, and breakout sessions.
Topics include quantifying NBS benefits, design strategies, and co-production with communities. We will host presentations and discussion about existing and future research. Additionally, we will aim to facilitate partnerships with government, industry, and communities. This will include representatives from academia, government, non-profit, and industry groups. Moreover, we will cultivate our existing relationships and build new connections with city, state and community representatives to host this innovative workshop. We will have a follow-up workshop to continue our collaboration.
